Hi all, i'm looking at buying a Vectra c SRI CDTi 150 in the next few months (hopefully August) so i'm scouting around just getting some info at the moment. Most likely going to be something about 6-12 months old - there seems to be some real bargains about from the little i've looked so far. Currently got a SEAT Ibiza TDI Sport (130 bhp), good car but i want something bigger now.

Hi and Welcome mate. Brought my motor from Network Q August Bank holiday last year. This the weekend before the new plate come in (this year will be 55) and so got quite a bargin as the garage seemed to be clearing away motor to make room. Something to think about, and remember to drive a hard bargin.

Cheers guys. Trel, good point mate, will certainly do that. There doesnt really seem to be any difference in price between the car supermarkets (ie Motorpoint, The Car People etc) and main dealers so will more than likely go to one of the many local dealers. I imagine i'll get more for my car from them too.
